Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Service Technician, where your mechanical expertise and customer service skills will drive success! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more.

• Make sure you follow procedures and take precautions to protect customers' floors, counters, home and appliances while working
• Maintains knowledge of computer software system and other technology systems
• Efficiently diagnoses the technical problem and determines the proper solution.
• Builds a positive relationship with customers, communicating continuously with customer
• Resolves customer issues within given guidelines and to the customer's satisfaction.
• Maintains customer records accurately in computer software program. Keeping each job/ invoice updated as needed
• Must be organized with the ability to complete multiple service calls in a timely manner
• Maintains truck stock inventory within company guidelines and standards
• Follow truck maintenance schedule and keep a clean, neat organized truck
• Completes required training in the expected time-frame and participates in ongoing learning opportunities. Training may require off-site and overnight travel.
• Adheres to company policies/ procedures and protocols
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays as necessary
• Must be willing to work as a team player
• Must have great communication skills verbally/ written
• Must have pleasant demeanor, professional image, appearance and positive attitude
• Experience with repairing appliances and willingness to learn new technology
• Strong computer skills
• Must maintain requirements to pass background check, driving history and drug test (including health card)
• Must maintain a valid driver's license with at least an F endorsement
• Physically able to pass 50lb.
