Job Description

Our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has made us a leading provider of reliable and efficient appliance repair services. We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our experienced team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview:
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of household appliances. You will work directly with our customers to ensure their appliances are functioning optimally and provide exceptional service that upholds our company's long-standing reputation for quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers. Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on appliances to extend their lifespan and ensure optimal performance. Provide clear and accurate explanations to customers regarding the nature of appliance issues and recommended repairs. Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers, and provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of different types of appliances and their repair procedures. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues effectively. Clean driving record with a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Pay:
Training:
During the initial training phase, you will receive an hourly wage of $17.00. This period is designed to help you gain the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role.
Post-Training Pay Range:
Upon successful completion of training, your hourly wage will increase to a range of $17.00 to $22.00. The specific rate within this range will be determined based on your demonstrated skills, experience, and performance.
