Responsibilities Install a variety of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and more according to manufacturer specifications and schematics. Use hand tools, power tools, and ladder equipment safely and effectively during installations and repairs. Troubleshoot appliance issues by diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing problems using schematics and technical manuals. Perform maintenance, repair, and operational checks on appliances to ensure optimal performance. Operate company vehicles responsibly for delivery and installation purposes while adhering to safety protocols. Communicate clearly with customers to explain installation procedures, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience with appliance repair, installation, or maintenance is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience and familiarity with refrigeration systems. Ability to read schematics and use ladder equipment confidently. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of plumbing connections and electrical wiring relevant to appliance installation. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards client interactions. Experience operating company vehicles safely along with delivery driver experience is advantageous.
