In this energetic role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and install a wide range of household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. Your mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and customer service skills will be vital in delivering top-tier service to our clients. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers utilizing hand tools and power tools Install new appliances following manufacturer specifications and safety standards Conduct maintenance inspections to prevent future breakdowns and optimize appliance performance Operate company vehicles safely for delivery, installation, or service calls Use ladder equipment and plumbing skills when necessary for installation or repair tasks Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction during every interaction Qualifications Proven experience with appliance repair, installation, and maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience and plumbing skills Ability to read schematics, use ladder logic diagrams, and troubleshoot equipment effectively Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, electrical work, and equipment repair techniques Experience with refrigeration systems and understanding of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and appliance troubleshooting procedures Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and delivering outstanding service.
