In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC systems. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-tier service, helping them restore comfort and efficiency to their homes and businesses. This position offers the opportunity to work independently in the field, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to solve complex appliance issues quickly and effectively. Responsibilities Diagnose appliance malfunctions using schematics, technical manuals, and electrical testing tools. Repair and replace faulty components in appliances such as refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and electrical appliances. Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to accurately identify issues and implement solutions. Conduct routine maintenance and preventative repairs to extend appliance lifespan. Communicate clearly with customers about repair procedures, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience. Operate box trucks or delivery vehicles safely to reach customer locations promptly. Assemble appliances or parts as needed during installation or repair processes. Experience Proven service technician experience in appliance repair or related field service roles. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams confidently. Experience working with refrigeration systems, HVAC units, or equipment repair is highly desirable. Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients in both residential and commercial settings. Delivery driver experience with a valid driver's license for operating box trucks or similar vehicles is a plus. Familiarity with electrical systems, assembly processes, and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues.
