Job Description

Steve Slaton Appliance Repair, LLC has proudly served the Katy area since 2010. We're a well-established, family-owned residential appliance repair company serving Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, Brookshire, and the surrounding areas. We're looking to add an experienced appliance repair technician to our team.

Expected earnings:

$75,000-$110,000 per year , based on experience, productivity, and performance. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair major residential appliances in customers' homes, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, microwaves, and ice makers. Perform customer-pay (COD) repairs only. We do not work with home warranty companies or insurance providers. Diagnose the problem, get approval, complete the repair, and collect payment. This is a full-time W-2 employee position working Monday through Friday. Optional Saturday work is available for additional earning opportunities. What We Provide Fully stocked company service vehicle Specialized tools One week of paid vacation after one year of employment What We're Looking For Three or more years of residential appliance repair experience is preferred (less may be considered if you're an exceptional diagnostician with strong troubleshooting skills). Comfortable reading service manuals and wiring diagrams while diagnosing and repairing appliances independently. Sealed system experience is a plus but is not required. Honest, dependable, professional, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
