Route Service Technician - Training Provided Lubbock, TX $21/hr + Overtime | First-Year Earnings $43K-$50K+ Looking for a hands-on career where you can work independently, learn technical skills, and build a long-term future? Auto-Chlor is hiring a Route Service Technician to support restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout the Lubbock area. No industry experience is required—we provide paid training. What You'll Do Service commercial dishwashing equipment Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs Restock products at customer locations Troubleshoot equipment issues Build relationships with restaurant customers Drive a company vehicle throughout your route What We're Looking For Experience in any of the following is helpful: Construction HVAC Plumbing Maintenance Mechanical repair Automotive Appliance repair Equipment installation Hand tools and power tools Pay & Schedule $21/hr starting pay Typical 45+ hour workweek Monday-Friday schedule Company vehicle during business hours Paid training On-call rotation with additional compensation Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with profit sharing Paid holidays Paid vacation Company-paid life insurance Career advancement opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
