The Role:

In-Store Repair Technician. You are the star player in our crew, ensuring that appliances like fridges, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers are refurbished and ready for the floor. This role is primarily focused on supporting in-store/retail repair of residential appliances. A Day in the

Every day, our tech champs roll out ready to rock. In the Salt Lake City retail market, your "rhythm" is key. We look for a consistent daily output of successful repairs to stay on pace with team goals and keep our retail partners' inventory moving.

Specific Responsibilities:

Expert Diagnosis & Repair:

Accurately diagnose and repair residential appliances within a corporate retail setting.

Inventory Excellence:

Work efficiently to ensure units are repaired to the highest standard for resale or customer pickup.

Documentation:

Complete job history, parts orders, and completed repair documentation accurately.

Equipment Care:

Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep your tools and store workspace in excellent shape.

Strategic Travel:

Navigate to various retail locations throughout the Salt Lake City market and surrounding areas (routes may consist of up to 6 hours round-trip drive time).

Job Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent. Valid Driver's License with a clean record (Must be 18+).

Tech Savvy:

Ability to navigate tablet-based technology for work orders and parts lookups.

Physical Strength:

Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs repetitively, and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Flexibility:
