Responsibilities Meets with customers in their homes or places of business, providing a personalized and exceptional service experience. Engage with customers to identify service issues, explain necessary repairs, and provide estimates when required. Exceed performance metrics to qualify for performance incentives. Expertly diagnose and repair major appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves (gas/electric), microwave ovens, and dishwashers. Stay up-to-date with the latest connected technology trends in the home appliance industry and apply this knowledge to your work. Complete all required training courses to ensure technician competency and actively seek to remain an expert in the repair industry. Safely operate company vehicles when traveling to customer locations. Utilize handheld devices to update work orders digitally, contributing to a paperless work environment.
