Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Appliance Technician to join our field service team! Duties Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, technical manuals, and electrical testing tools to identify root causes quickly. Repair and replace components on various appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC units with precision and care. Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems effectively. Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Assist with the assembly of new appliances or equipment as needed for customer setups or internal projects. Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, maintenance tips, and warranty information to enhance their experience. Qualifications Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician within a field service environment. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience relevant to appliance systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals accurately. Experience working with refrigeration systems and HVAC units is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Basic assembly skills for appliances or equipment setup are advantageous.
