Job Description
Job Description We are hiring a Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing service team. This role is focused on installing, maintaining, servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems across a variety of job sites. We're looking for a dependable technician who can troubleshoot systems, work independently in the field, and deliver high-quality service to our customers. What You'll Do Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment Work on rooftop units, split systems, and commercial cooling/heating systems Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers when needed Follow safety procedures and job site standards We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
