Job Description

Senior Commercial HVAC/R Technician Location:
Dothan, AL, United States Description TWC Services Inc. is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians to support our growing service team. We are looking for strong commercial technicians with experience servicing HVAC and refrigeration systems in restaurants and commercial environments. This is a senior-level role for technicians who can work independently, troubleshoot confidently, and provide strong customer service in the field.

What You'll Work On:
RTUs Walk-ins & freezers Reach-ins Ice machines Split systems Commercial refrigeration systems
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment Perform preventative maintenance and service calls Handle customer-facing service work professionally Complete accurate service documentation Support and mentor junior technicians when needed
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience working independently in the field EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license Experience in restaurant or commercial service environments preferred
Preferred Experience:
Refrigeration controls Restaurant environments Hot side exposure is a plus This is not an entry-level role.
