The Role:

Beyond the Repair As a Service Professional, your primary mission is the expert diagnosis and repair of residential and light commercial systems. Key Responsibilities Expert Diagnostics:

Perform high-level troubleshooting of complex mechanical and electrical malfunctions.

Consultative Solutions:

Identify and recommend system enhancements (such as IAQ upgrades, smart thermostats, or high-efficiency components) that provide long-term value to the client.

System Optimization:

Execute comprehensive tune-ups that extend equipment life and lower energy costs.

Client Advocacy:

Educate homeowners on their system's health and present "good, better, best" options for repairs or replacements.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain precise digital service records and coordinate with dispatch to maximize daily impact.

Professional Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 6 years of field experience in HVAC service and repair.

Certifications:

Valid EPA Certification is required; NATE certification is a major plus.

Communication:

Exceptional ability to translate technical findings into clear, value-driven recommendations for non-technical clients.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in ServiceTitan is required

Reliability:

Valid driver's license with a clean record.
