You will be working on project-based installs of commercial and industrial systems across local job sites in Montgomery, AL. This role is suited for technicians who can install equipment to spec, work independently or with a crew, and consistently deliver clean, professional installs. Responsibilities Install commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, VAV systems, and ductwork Perform equipment startups and verify proper system operation Work with a team to complete installs safely, efficiently, and on schedule Follow manufacturer specifications, job plans, and company standards Complete basic job documentation and communicate with team members and supervisors Maintain a clean and professional job site Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience Experience installing commercial equipment (large tonnage preferred) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass drug and background screening Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and in mechanical rooms Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb for extended periods Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
