Requirements:
You'll work on complex industrial HVAC systems within a plant environment, keeping critical buildings running for customers who rely on us.
You'll:
Diagnose and solve real mechanical problems Perform maintenance that prevents failures, not just reacts to them Work with experienced technicians who will help you sharpen your craft Document your work activities using cutting-edge software and technology (Mobile-Tech) for completing work orders, maintenance checklist and daily time sheets so your skills are visible and recognized Yes, some days you'll work hard and get dirty. But you'll also go home knowing you fixed something that mattered. What we're looking for The following qualifications along with individual's previous work experience will be considered when evaluating applicants: Valid driver's license with clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Technical school or associate degree in HVAC technology preferred 5 or more years of experience in industrial and commercial HVAC maintenance, service, and repair. Must possess a universal EPA certification In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance practices. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems Basic computer skills Have and maintain a professional image Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
