Local, Family-Owned HVAC Company Hiring an HVAC New Construction Lead Installer We're looking for a dependable HVAC New Construction Lead Installer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working with their hands, and thrives in a team setting.

What You'll Do:

Install HVAC systems in residential new construction, remodels, and replacements (furnaces, heat pumps, condensing units, ductwork) Supervise and manage a team of 2-3 installation technicians Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and documentation are in place before beginning each job Provide clear direction, support, and training to junior installers Set equipment, run ductwork, and perform start-ups Read and follow plans and specifications Ensure installations meet all applicable local code requirements, manufacturer specifications and company standards Pick up and deliver equipment and parts as needed Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow all company procedures and safety protocols

Requirements:

1+ years of HVAC lead installation experience preferred 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work from heights, and crawl in tight spaces Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Basic tools and a strong work ethic
