Job Description
Essential Duties Troubleshoot and repair HVACR equipment. Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both commercial and industrial customers. Maintain and repair refrigeration units. Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify that repairs corrected malfunctions. Diagnose refrigeration malfunctions. Education & Training High school diploma or equivalent, required Universal certification, required Skills & Experience Working knowledge of the following: AC/DC electrical refrigeration/HVAC equipment components Large refrigeration equipment Rack systems and associated condensers and evaporator configurations Cold storage buildings Walk-ins Small refrigeration equipment Ice machines Reach-ins Commercial refrigerators Primary heating & cooling HVAC equipment Boilers Chillers Heat exchangers Towers Equipment troubleshooting, maintenance tasking, and installation requirements Secondary heating & cooling HVAC equipment AHU's pumps Fan coils Water source heat pumps Equipment troubleshooting, maintenance tasking, and installation requirements This job description outlines the primary duties of the position, but is not intended to cover every task or responsibility.
