Full Job Description Pay:
Commission +

Position:
Full-Time Primary Job Duties:
Performs tune-ups and Agreement holder visits and maintenance on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment and systems per company policy and procedure.
Preferred:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred:
2+ years in an air conditioning repair and maintenance environment
Certification:
Universal EPA certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
Skills:
Able to read and understand company operational instructions. Able to operate common hand tools and equipment common to the air conditioning industry.
Physical:
Must be able to bend, stoop, sit for prolonged periods and have sufficient mobility to navigate customer job sites. Must have full use of all senses with correction.
Mental:
Must be able to effectively communicate with a predominately English speaking customer base. Must be able to perform basic arithmetic calculations.
Tasks and Duties, Measures of Performance:
1) Performs tune-ups and maintains heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment and systems per company policy and procedure. 2) Operates a variety of equipment such as hand tools and diagnostic hardware to perform work. 3) Complete all required documentation for every maintenance/service call performed fully explaining all work performed at the completion of each call. 4) Must complete all required regulatory documentation to include the Freon manifest at the completion of each call. 5) Maintain the company provided tools and equipment to include company owned vehicles in accordance with company policy. 6) Must always comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations when performing their assigned task and duties. 7) Always promptly and accurately reports location and availability to the dispatchers throughout the day. 8) Meets current company goals and objectives for revenue to include all cost control procedures. 9) Reports directly to the first call when dispatched in the morning and does not make unauthorized or unnecessary stops during the day. 10) Respects the confidentiality of the company, customers and other employees. 11) Maintains a cooperative working relationship with supervisors and other employees. 12) Recognizes and performs duties, which need to be performed although not directly assigned, assisting others as needed. 13) Reports to work on time each day, after lunch and breaks and does not leave early. 14) Always provides proper notification and advance notice of absence. 15) Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner. 16) Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance appropriate for the working conditions and location. 17) Seeks instructions and direction as necessary for the performance of assigned duties. 18) Makes the best use of time during working hours. 19) Other duties as assigned.
