Responsibilities:
Complete service requests and repair orders in a timely manner Repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and all major appliances Make Ready/Turning apartments in between resident occupancy Perform routine preventive maintenance Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining good resident relations Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the community May be requested to assist in other areas of property including painting, grounds keeping, trash pick-up, pool maintenance, etc. depending on property needs. Qualifications:
Previous experience in role Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Reliable means of transportation Professional appearance Follow all confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety requirements Required to pass a Criminal Background Check Why You'll Love Working withUs:
