This role is responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. As an HVAC Service Technician, you are the face of the company in our customers' homes and businesses. You will be expected to accurately diagnose system issues, present professional repair solutions, and complete high-quality workmanship that ensures long-term system performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and indoor air quality equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify root causes and recommend effective repair solutions Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to ensure optimal system performance and identify potential failures before they escalate. Install, repair, or replace HVAC components including compressors, motors, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, fan/blower motors, and ductwork Communicate clearly with customers regarding system condition, repair options, and recommendations Collaborate with managers, dispatch and team members to efficiently complete service calls Accurately document service activities, parts used, equipment status, and time spent on each job Stay current with HVAC technology, tools, and best practices What We're Looking For 3+ years HVAC service experience preferred (Residential and/or Light Commercial) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience working on split systems, heat pumps, package units, furnaces, and condensers EPA Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional communication skills and customer service mindset Ability to work independently as well as with a team and manage daily service calls efficiently What You'll Get Competitive pay + performance incentives Advancement opportunity Company vehicle Ongoing technical training Stable, growing company Performance-driven culture Strong team environment We are not building average.
