You'll gain exposure to areas such as: HVAC and refrigeration systems Chillers and commercial cooling equipment Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting System start-up and functional testing Controls and instrumentation Reading gauges, meters, schematics, and technical documentation Identifying and correcting issues before equipment leaves the factory What We're Looking For We are especially interested in candidates who have: Approximately 1-2 years of HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or related technical experience HVAC school, trade school, certificate, or other technical education Basic understanding of HVAC/refrigeration principles Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Experience using basic hand tools and testing equipment A strong desire to learn chiller technology and advance their career Previous chiller experience is a plus, but it is NOT required.
