Commercial Mechanical HVAC Installer — Retrofits, RTUs, and WSHPs

Join Skyline Mechanical We're hiring a Commercial Mechanical HVAC Installer to perform retrofit/changeout projects in commercial settings (with occasional residential). Central plant and chilled water experience are a big plus. This is a permanent, full-time position. Pay is based on experience and reviewed during the interview. What you'll do Install and replace HVAC equipment: air conditioners, furnaces, refrigeration units, WSHPs, and RTUs. Troubleshoot and correct mechanical issues during installs and post-changeout. Partner with property maintenance staff to minimize downtime and coordinate logistics. Adhere to safety procedures, codes, and best practices on every project. Perform plumbing, welding/brazing, and refrigeration piping as needed. Complete precise digital documentation of labor, materials, and commissioning data. Current opening work you'll tackle Grooved iron pipe and piping layout WSHP system installation RTU replacements Cooling tower replacements Other commercial installation scopes What you bring Proven background as an HVAC installer/technician (3+ years). Mechanical aptitude with strong diagnostic ability. Comfort supporting property maintenance tasks tied to installations. Plumbing, welding, and refrigeration piping skills a plus.
