What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems Perform maintenance, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend solutions Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Present repair options and recommendations with honesty and confidence Maintain clean, accurate service documentation Represent the Cool Beans brand with professionalism on every call What We're Looking For Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent customer communication and professionalism Ability to work independently and manage your own calls 2+ years of HVAC experience in installs, maintenance and or service.
