We offer a wide range of services to include: Residential and Commercial Diagnostic Service, Maintenance, Installs, New Builds, Remodels, Duct Modifications, and much more. Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems in both residential homes and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate is widely experienced technically, customer-focused, and takes pride in delivering top-level service. They are also detail orienated and willing to complete a job start to finish, including needed paperwork to ensure a quality job performed. Responsibilities Thoroughly diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems (heat pumps, gas furnaces, AC systems, mini splits, dual fuel systems) Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues Deliver high-quality, people-first service to ensure customer facilities operate efficiently Communicate findings clearly with customers and offer repair/replacement options Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Maintain accurate service records and documentation as required Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Must be comfortable working in Arizona attics in the summertime Must have own hand tools Participate in on-call rotation as needed Qualifications 3-5 years HVAC trade experience 3-5 years HVAC maintenance experience (all systems) 3-5 Years EPA Certification Must successfully pass background check. Must have a valid Driver's License. Must be able to maintain a clean motor vehicle record throughout employment. Must have reliable transportation to and from multiple job locations.
