This position will primarily handle residential Home Warranty diagnostic and repair calls throughout the Phoenix metro area, with additional opportunities for retail service work. We're a small family-owned company that believes in doing quality work, treating customers honestly, and supporting our technicians. You'll work directly with the owners—not layers of management. If you're dependable, communicate well, and can confidently diagnose HVAC systems, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Diagnose residential air conditioning and heating systems Complete Home Warranty diagnostic calls Communicate findings clearly Complete service documentation using our field software Maintain a clean, professional appearance Represent Blackstone professionally in customers' homes Participate in occasional retail service calls Perform repairs including: Capacitors Contactors Motors Refrigerant diagnostics Electrical troubleshooting Drain issues Thermostats Airflow problems QualificationsRequired Minimum 3 years residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic ability EPA Certification Valid Arizona Driver's License Clean driving record Ability to work independently Excellent customer service skills Able to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working in Arizona summer conditions Preferred Experience with: Home Warranty companies Housecall Pro Fieldpiece digital gauges Mini splits Heat pumps Gas furnaces Refrigerant leak detection
