Job Description

HVAC Install Action Plumbing Heating, Air & Electric - 5.0 Tempe, AZ Job Details Full-time $85,000 - $115,000 a year 16 hours ago Benefits Paid training Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description You're done with jobs where you're just another truck on the road. You want steady hours, real pay, and a team that values how you treat customers. You want to do solid HVAC install work, solve real problems, and go home knowing you did it right. If you're service-minded, technically sharp, and calm when customers are stressed, keep reading. Who We Are We're Action Plumbing. Not the average shop. We fix problems, serve people, and do it with honesty, integrity, accountability, teamwork, and a family-focused mindset. For the right HVAC Install pro, that means more than a paycheck. It means joining a team that's always progressing, training, and working to get better every day while putting the customer's needs first. What You'll Be Doing Your day is hands-on and people-facing. You'll be installing HVAC systems, walking customers through stressful situations, and helping them feel taken care of when comfort matters most. You'll use your technical knowledge to recommend the right long-term fix, not the easy upsell. In retrofit environments, details matter. Clean work matters. Professionalism matters. Customers will feel the difference. If you're at your best when you can combine skill with service, this role gives you room to own your work, keep learning, and be respected for doing the job the right way. The Hiring Process We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly. Don't worry—if you take the time to apply, we will respond to 100% of the applicants.
The process:
Click apply and answer a few Who, What, When questions. (5 min) You'll be texted a link for a 10 min questionnaire that will help match you to the job (or others that might suit you!). You'll get a text for a quick 1-way video question. (5 min) We'll send you a link to get scheduled for an in-person interview. You can easily be in for an interview within a couple days from right now. What You'll Earn You'll earn $85,000 to $115,000 per year working 40 to 45 hours a week. You'll also have a clear path to grow through continued training and advancement opportunities. Why Work With Us This is for people who care about the customer and the craft. You'll get health insurance after the probationary period, paid vacations, continued training, and real promotional opportunities. You'll be part of a team that believes in honesty, self-belief, accountability, teamwork, and a servant's heart. If family matters to you and you want to keep improving instead of staying stuck, you'll fit in here. This is not for someone who cuts corners, puts sales ahead of people, or wants to coast. If you don't want ownership, growth, or teamwork, you won't like it here. Who We're Looking For You'll do well here if you're the kind of HVAC installer who stays professional under pressure, knows the technical side, and still treats customers like people. You're service-focused and comfortable helping customers through emergency HVAC situations. You're honest, professional, and give unbiased recommendations built around long-term solutions. You take accountability for your work and work well with a team. You want continued training and a chance to advance. Experience installing large HVAC equipment in a retrofit environment is a plus. This isn't for you if you want to rush jobs, dodge responsibility, or put your needs ahead of the customer's. If this sounds like the kind of team and work you've been looking for, apply now. Good people get noticed fast, and we'd rather meet you sooner than later.
