You want to lead installs the right way, take pride in the finish, and go home knowing the customer felt taken care of. You want a team that values honesty, backs each other up, and expects real standards. If you're strong technically, calm with customers, and ready to lead from the front, keep reading. Who We Are We're Action Plumbing. Not your average plumbers. We fix problems, make customers smile, and do it with honesty, integrity, and discipline. As our HVAC Install Supervisor, you'll join a family-like culture where quality matters, customers matter, and your leadership helps set the tone for the whole job. What You'll Be Doing Your day is hands-on and high-impact. You'll oversee HVAC installs, keep the work clean and precise, and make sure every job meets the standard before anyone packs up. You'll be the person who spots issues early, solves them fast, and keeps the customer informed without the jargon. When a homeowner feels reassured and the system is installed right, that's because of you. You'll lead with craftsmanship and calm. You'll help the team stay sharp, safe, and accountable. And you'll feel the reward of being trusted to do the job right, not rushed through it. The Hiring Process We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly. Don't worry—if you take the time to apply, we will respond to 100% of the applicants.
The process:
Click apply and answer a few Who, What, When questions. (5 min) You'll be texted a link for a 10 min questionnaire that will help match you to the job (or others that might suit you!). You can explain technical problems in a clear, reassuring way that builds customer trust. You lead by example with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism. You believe honesty and integrity aren't optional. You work well with a team and want to keep learning and growing.
