Qualifications:

Mechanical Aptitude Positive attitude and a desire to win (Required) EPA 608 Refrigerant certification (if not we can help you) Posses valid Drivers License (required) Complete Drug screening and Background check (required)

Excellent Customer Service Skills Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide appropriate solutions Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards and regulations Work in attics and on rooftops Work in hot weather conditions. Complete all necessary paperwork properly, legibly, and in full Participate in emergency on-call rotation Maintain a clean and properly stocked truck at all times Ability to Lift 50 lbs Ability to safely work on Ladders Minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or HVAC/R field Proven track record as a service technician with strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of HVAC system design, installation, and repair techniques Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively Welding skills are a plus Familiarity with various types of HVAC systems Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation related to work performed
