The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service. Key Responsibilities Install, service, maintain, and repair HVAC and plumbing systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, water, drainage, and piping issues. Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections. Repair or replace HVAC components, plumbing fixtures, valves, pipes, pumps, and related equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals. Test systems to ensure proper operation, safety, and compliance with applicable codes. Identify potential problems and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment conditions. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow company safety procedures and local building, mechanical, and plumbing codes. Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and team members. Respond to service calls and complete work efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience as an HVAC Technician, Plumbing Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. Ability to diagnose and repair equipment and systems. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instruments. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to lift equipment/materials and work in confined spaces, outdoor conditions, and elevated areas as required. Preferred Qualifications HVAC or plumbing trade certification/license. EPA 608 certification for refrigerant handling. Experience with residential or commercial HVAC systems.
