Job Description
O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable local HVAC company to find their next HVAC Service Technician. This position is based in Anderson, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional HVAC experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to diagnose and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems efficiently.
HVAC Service Technician Compensation:
- $24-$26 per hour DOE
- Full-time position

HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of professional HVAC experience required
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, and repairs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Identify issues and recommend effective solutions
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
