Installation:
Install residential or light commercial split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose, test, and repair electrical and mechanical HVAC components.
Client Relations:
Explain service options and system operations to homeowners clearly and professionally.
Compliance:
Ensure all local code requirements, safety procedures, and California Title 24 standards are met.
Documentation:
Keep accurate digital logs of completed work, parts used, and system statuses using our mobile field software. What We Need From You (Qualifications):
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service or installation experience.
Driving Record:
Valid California Driver's License with a clean, insurable driving history.
Physical Ability:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable working in crawls, attics, and confined spaces.
