As an HVAC Startup Technician, you'll be responsible for starting up and testing newly installed heating and air conditioning systems on new construction projects. You'll make sure systems are operating properly, verify performance, and help ensure each installation is ready for the customer. This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow in the HVAC trade. You'll receive hands-on training and gain experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, system performance, and many other aspects of the industry. •EPA Type I and II or universal Certification required to handle refrigerant•Full time work Great opportunity for entry level HVAC Tech Work consists of starting up HVAC systems and recording test results in newly constructed homes. What We're Looking For HVAC experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be team oriented Must have basic hand tools Digital gauges and electrical meters (Field piece) preferred but not required to start.
