We take pride in delivering high-quality residential and light commercial installations while maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment. If you are reliable, skilled, and ready to start right away, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, mini-splits) Replace and retrofit existing HVAC systems Ensure installations meet local building codes and company standards Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate professionally with customers and team members Complete job documentation accurately and on time Qualifications 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Custom home installation experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $25 -$35 per hour Health benefits Overtime opportunities Consistent, year-round work Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement Start Date Immediate openings available — hiring right away.
