Job Description:

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for performing corrective repairs, preventative maintenance, installation, and diagnostics on a variety of commercial and residential equipment, and completing the necessary paperwork associated with such duties.

Responsibilities:

HVAC Installations Diagnose and perform equipment repairs Generate invoices on an electronic device directly to clients once the job is completed Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency service calls Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of previous HVAC service and repair experience or has completed HVAC technical trade school. Valid CA Driver's License and clean driving record EPA Certification (Preferred) A desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry Ability to work unsupervised. Ability to follow direction Good attendance & work ethic Customer service skills Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Good oral and written communication skills Ability to work well with other technicians and tradesmen Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and daily commute Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds Climb extension ladders frequently

Education:

High School Diploma, or GED equivalent

Experience:

HVAC:

1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

PA Type II (Preferred), NATE Certification a plus.
