Your Impact You translate plans into reliable, high-performing systems. From rooftop package units to attic and vertical splits, you build comfort into every room through precise installs, smart duct designs, and safe, code-compliant connections. You keep projects moving—verifying materials, partnering with teammates, documenting results, and maintaining a clean, professional presence on-site and in your company vehicle. What You'll Do Install HVAC equipment in line with company policies and manufacturer specifications. Install or replace systems including ductwork, attic/vertical splits (gas or heat pump), and rooftop package units. Design duct systems for top-tier comfort and energy performance. Complete low- and high-voltage wiring for heating and cooling equipment. Braze and solder copper refrigerant lines for air conditioning systems. Install flex and sheet metal duct systems in residential and light commercial settings. Connect gas lines to heating equipment with accuracy and safety. Pre-measure jobs to ensure the correct materials and equipment are staged. Receive, verify, and load materials and equipment into a company vehicle. Collaborate with teammates to deliver projects on schedule and to quality standards. Finish required paperwork completely and on time. Capture and interpret equipment readings correctly. Keep your company vehicle clean and professional. Handle other related assignments as directed by management. What You Bring 3+ years of HVAC installation experience. High School Diploma or GED; EPA certification is a plus. Capability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks safely. Strong experience with heat pumps, air handlers, 120V/240V electrical, and ductwork installation. Insulation experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC systems. Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative teammate. Effective verbal and written communication. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset. Valid California Driver's License pursuant to company policy.
