Experienced HVAC Service Technician - No On-Call Required! $32-$38 Hourly | Freedom, CA Build Your Career with a Company That Values Quality For more than four decades, Bogner HVAC has built its reputation through dependable service, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship. We're looking for an HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving technical problems, and wants to grow with a well-established local company. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC equipment Identify system issues and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions Deliver professional, knowledgeable service to customers Follow company standards for safety, workmanship, and customer care Communicate equipment, inventory, and training needs to the Service Manager Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and equipment documentation Apply proper air balancing and basic sheet metal practices Safely operate scissor lifts and Genie lifts when needed Maintain and use your own basic HVAC hand tools What You Bring 2-3+ years of residential or commercial HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities across a variety of HVAC systems Experience evaluating whether equipment should be repaired or replaced Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints Basic understanding of sheet metal practices and air balancing Willingness to take ownership and grow into additional responsibility or leadership Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record HVAC technical school or formal training is preferred Basic hand tools
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM No evenings. No weekends. No on-call rotation.
