Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced open minded HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team and deliver exceptional service in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about maintaining and repairing HVAC systems. As an HVAC Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients' comfort and safety by providing expert repairs, installations, and maintenance across a variety of residential properties. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues. Perform comprehensive repairs on HVAC systems, including Air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, packaged units, mini split, air flow issue Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during field service visits. Attend Building and Safety inspection, and ensure jobs are up to code. Inspect and design future installation jobs, while working face to face with homeowners. Support and Deliver parts and materials to installation crews. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing Air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, packaged units, mini split, air flow issues. Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals. Skilled in electrical diagnostics using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters for troubleshooting electrical faults Experience with equipment troubleshooting across various brands and models of HVAC equipment Knowledge of refrigerants; EPA certification required for handling refrigerants Proficiency with hand tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools necessary for repairs. Knowledge of building and safety codes. Familiarity with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC system upkeep and appliance repair. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Able to drive long hours.
