Role:
Neware Technology LLC is looking for a hands-on HVAC & Field Service Technician to join our Fremont, CA team. You'll maintain our facility's rooftop AC system and install, service, and repair Neware's battery testing equipment at our location and client sites. Travel required.

Neware Technology LLC is a global leader in battery testing equipment, delivering cutting -edge and dependable solutions to the energy storage industry.
Responsibilities:
Maintain, diagnose, and repair our facility's rooftop AC/HVAC unit, including compressor repair and refrigerant recharge Install, service, and repair Neware battery testing equipment, including environmental test chambers, at our facility and client sites Travel to client locations for installations and service calls Perform soldering and basic electronic component work Learn copper welding as needed (training provided) Communicate with our engineering team, clients, and partners Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in electrical, HVAC/refrigeration, or heating systems EPA Section 608 Certification required Soldering skills required; welding experience a plus Mandarin proficiency a plus Willingness to travel; valid driver's license Comfortable using a laptop/smartphone daily Able to work independently; minimum age 18+
Compensation:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
