What You'll Be Doing Residential service & diagnostics (primary role) Working on properly installed, commissioned systems Communicating clearly with homeowners — no high-pressure sales scripts What We're Looking For This role is for a senior-level technician, not entry-level. 5+ years residential HVAC experience preferred Strong diagnostics (airflow, refrigerant, electrical, controls) Comfortable working independently Clean driving record Pride in clean, professional work If you're the tech other guys ask for help — you'll fit in here.
