We're looking for someone who takes pride in clean installs, dependable work, and treating customers' homes with respect. This role is best for an installer who can work efficiently, follow job plans, communicate clearly, and help deliver a professional installation experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, coils, ductwork, line sets, drain lines, thermostats, and related equipment Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment Read and follow installation plans, job notes, and manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Protect customers' homes using floor protection, drop cloths, and proper cleanup Communicate with customers, team members, and office staff professionally Assist with startup, testing, and basic system checks Follow all company safety procedures and local code requirements Keep trucks, tools, and materials organized Qualifications Residential HVAC installation experience preferred EPA certification preferred Ability to braze, run line sets, connect drain lines, and perform clean equipment changeouts Basic understanding of ductwork, airflow, and system layout Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude What We're Looking For We want someone who shows up on time, works hard, and cares about doing the job right.
