Minimum of 3 years experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either HVAC-R systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in service technician roles. This position involves working on various HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, performing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring optimal system performance for our clients. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC-R equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct regular maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and safety. Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats. Perform work around busy kitchens. Work with refrigeration systems. Utilize tools such as testing meters and brazing for equipment repair and maintenance. Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-R related concerns in residential or commercial properties. Document service performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. Qualifications Proven experience 3+ years as an HVAC / Refrigeration Technician. Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and refrigeration processes. Familiarity with appliance repair techniques and field service operations. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
