Job Description
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. The technician will ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall new HVAC systems and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their HVAC needs and system status.
Keep a detailed record of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
Valid EPA certification is required.
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
Familiarity with HVAC systems, including split systems, VRF, and RTU.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
