You can only beat the floor, never fall below it. Monday-Friday, no on-call rotation, year-round work, and you'll be working with customers who already trust us: 1,900+ five-star Google reviews, 4.9 average. • our customers do the talking, and our technicians are the reason they talk. We're looking for an experienced residential service tech who can diagnose accurately, explain honestly, and recommend the right solution
• repair or replacement
• without the pressure tactics that give this trade a bad name.

HOW OUR PAY WORKS

(the part other shops won't put in writing)

• Guaranteed floor: you never earn less than $32/hr for the week. Slow week, training week, rainy February
• the floor holds. This is not a draw you owe back.
• Task pay + commission above the floor: you earn a strong percentage of the work you sell and complete yourself, plus paid lead turnovers
• when you spot a system that's ready for replacement, our comfort advisors run the sales appointment and you get a commission when it sells.
• What that adds up to: our techs currently average $32
• 70/hr.

The floor removes the feast-or-famine risk of performance pay; the commissions remove the ceiling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork, and IAQ equipment across the Tri-Valley.
• Walk homeowners through what you found in plain language, sell the repairs the home actually needs, and flag replacement opportunities for our comfort advisors
• you're paid when your leads sell.
• Follow our maintenance and safety processes; leave every system safer than you found it.
• Help bring along our apprentices

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• this is our experienced role, not an entry point.
• EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred).
• Valid CA driver's license with a clean record (no DUIs).
• Able to pass a background check; comfortable in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops; lift up to 75 lbs.
• Clear, friendly communication and a track record of turning honest diagnostics into sold work
