Company Overview We strive to repair not replace. A locally owned and operated business dedicated to serving the Tri-Valley area for over 25 years. We specialize in residential and commercial installation, maintenance, and repair of all makes and models of HVAC systems. We are seeking an HVAC Technician to join our team in the Tri-Valley area. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment using schematics and technical knowledge. Provide excellent customer service while addressing client needs and concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all work activities. Train junior technicians on best practices and technical skills as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred (e.g., EPA certification). Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to HVAC systems. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals. Experience with refrigeration systems is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
