Starting Pay:

Diagnose and repair equipment properly Communicate clearly with customers Complete work orders, notes, and photos Identify repair vs replacement needs Maintain a professional standard on every job Qualifications Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC/R experience (REQUIRED) Strong troubleshooting ability Ability to complete calls independently Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Own tools Professional communication
