This position focuses on technical troubleshooting, quality workmanship, clear communication with customers and property managers, and restoring HVAC systems to proper operation. Occasional equipment replacement opportunities may be identified and turned over to the appropriate team.

Key Responsibilities Run service demand calls and evaluate HVAC system performance Diagnose HVAC systems and identify repair or replacement opportunities Work higher-value PMA (maintenance agreement) calls on older systems Maintain a professional, consultative approach with customers Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience Minimum Qualifications 4-5 years HVAC experience required Strong diagnostic and system knowledge Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers Valid driver's license with a clean record

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
