Qualifications :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. As the HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential properties. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and their installation requirements. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues effectively. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprint; knows how to do service calls, preventative maintenance, tune-ups, heat pumps is a PLUS.

Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training and must be EPA Certified. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Work Schedule Details :
Part-Time that will lead to Full-Time. A Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekend work.
PAY :
$25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
