We are seeking a motivated HVAC Installer Helper to support our installation team and help deliver high-quality systems that keep homes and businesses comfortable year-round. Key Responsibilities Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations Help install central air systems, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after installations Follow company standards to support accurate and efficient installations Assist in reading basic job specs and layouts as directed by lead installer Support system testing and help ensure proper operation Maintain compliance with safety guidelines and company procedures Provide professional and courteous customer service on job sites Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs on schedule Qualifications 0-2 years of HVAC or construction experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate) EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC systems and tools Ability to work in extreme temperatures (desert climate conditions) Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Preferred Skills Previous experience in HVAC, construction, or a related trade Familiarity with hand and power tools Interest in pursuing a long-term HVAC career Basic understanding of safety practices on job sites Why Join Breeze Heating and Air Established, trusted company serving the Coachella Valley for over 40 years Strong reputation for quality installations and customer care Hands-on training and opportunities for career advancement Work with a team of experienced, highly trained technicians Benefits Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance Voluntary Life and AD&D, Critical Illness, Accident, and Short-Term Disability (STD) 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities
