This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry and develop their skills while working alongside experienced technicians. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist HVAC Technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites Help install ductwork, HVAC units, thermostats, and related equipment Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues Perform basic maintenance tasks and job site cleanup Maintain a safe and organized work environment Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Drive to various job sites as needed Communicate professionally with customers and team members Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications:
HVAC trade school training or previous HVAC experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to use basic hand and power tools Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid California Driver's License required Clean driving record required, as driving company vehicles and traveling to various job sites may be necessary Must pass physical, drug, and background checks EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
