The Role:

Residential Lead HVAC Installer This is a leadership-level install role for someone who takes ownership of the job from start to finish. You won't be babysat. You won't be micromanaged. You'll be trusted to lead installs at a high standard and expected to execute at that level every time. You'll be the one setting the tone on site. What You'll Be Doing Leading full residential HVAC installations from start to finish Installing systems including: Gas/electric split systems Package units Heat pumps Ductwork Ductless mini-splits Floor and wall furnaces Ensuring every job meets AirTech's quality and safety standards—no shortcuts Communicating clearly with customers and team members Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional at all times Representing craftsmanship, pride, and accountability on every install Working within a team that expects consistency, ownership, and excellence Who This Is ForThis is for you if: You have 5+ years of HVAC installation experience and can run full systems independently You've become the "go-to guy" on jobs—but haven't been fully challenged or developed You're tired of disorganized teams, low standards, or lack of accountability You're comfortable where you are… but know you're capable of operating at a higher level You want to be surrounded by people who actually push you to improve You're not just looking for a job; you're looking to elevate your career, mindset, and life At AirTech, we don't apologize for high standards, we hire for them.
